Getting started
How do I create an account?
Click Register on the top-right corner, enter your phone number and a password, and confirm. It takes about 30 seconds.
Is it free?
Yes — there is a free trial plan. Some features unlock on paid plans. See the pricing page for details.
I forgot my password.
Use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in page. We will send a reset link to your phone and email.
Learning
How does spaced repetition work?
Words you find harder are shown more often. The system tracks each word and schedules reviews at increasing intervals so you remember them long-term.
Can I change my daily word goal?
Yes. Go to Settings → Learning and set any target between 1 and 200 words per day.
Do I keep my progress if I take a break?
Yes. Your streak may reset, but learned words, courses, and XP are preserved.
Community
Who can see my posts?
You choose the visibility when you publish. Public posts appear on the home feed; private posts are only visible to you.
How do I report abuse?
Every post, comment, and profile has a Report option. Our moderators review all reports.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings → Danger zone and request deletion. An administrator will process it.
Payments
Which payment methods do you support?
Bank transfer, mobile money, PayPal, and select crypto options depending on your region.
How do I get paid as a creator?
Enable the publisher program in your account, meet the payout threshold, and request a payout from your wallet.
Do you offer refunds?
Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Contact support for special cases.
